Salt air, humidity, UV, and hard freezes expose every shortcut a painter takes — so we don't take any. We soft-wash away salt and mildew, scrape and sand every failing edge, spot-prime every bare surface, and caulk every seam water could exploit. Then we apply two full coats of premium coatings. The result: an exterior that still looks freshly painted five, seven, even ten years later.
